The Emporium Hotel Plovdiv - MGallery Collection

My boyfriend stayed here over the weekend to treat himself and relax. We just celebrated our 3rd anniversary, and I wanted to give him a simple and sweet surprise. I arranged it with the hotel, and they quickly set everything up, including a handwritten card with my message on it. He also showed me the room and the amenities, which had a cool and modern ambiance. I can say the customer service at this hotel is excellent and well-equipped.

We loved this hotel! Super modern, comfortable beds, friendly staff, sauna and steam room, close to all the sights and yummy restaurants. Quiet and cool rooms in 100 degree heat. I was traveling with a friend and there were 2 beds which was nice. We would stay here again!

Hotel located in a quiet area, with easy access to the city's attractions. Professional staff, who speak good English regardless of age. We were well informed immediately after booking through the Accor app (thanks for the phone and useful advice). The only hotel we encountered with a fitness and spa area accessible at any time (congratulations for the idea). The cleanliness and amenities of the rooms, the quality of the drinks... exceptional. In front of the hotel (somewhat integrated) you will find an excellent restaurant, with an excellent menu and prices! We were passing through the area for our holidays in Greece, but the experience we had made us come back!
